Hello, I am Meow.
With the help of my family, I administer privately owned studios in Pattaya, Thailand since 2007.

On this website we offer studios to guests for rent.
​Our studios are a good place to spend your holidays or for your retirement at affordable and predictable costs.

These rentals are from private to private. We are in charge of all studios on this website and are responsible towards the owner for maintenance and care. We ask our guests to respect the owner's property and keep the studios clean and without damages.

If there are any issues with the studio, kindly talk with us.
We are committed to fix problems as soon as possible and will make up for any mishaps.

All our studios have LED Smart TVs with screens between 43" and 65". All our TVs have 150+ channels with sports and movies. All our studios have a Safety Box (Safe), a large Fridge/Freezer, quality Bedding and Towels, a Microwave Oven, a Kettle and a good Airconditioning Unit.

Please do NOT cook in our studios, except with the provided microwave oven, toaster or kettle.
We do NOT allow using electrical cookers or gas cookers, woks etc.

Doing laundry in our studios is NOT allowed.

Super Premium Studios

Completely renovated, modernly designed studio and accommodating a maximum of 2 persons. Features either a king-size or queen-size bed, a fully equipped kitchen, double-glazed windows, a 55" to 65" LED Smart TV, a large refrigerator/freezer, air conditioning and a fan, a water heater, a working desk, a safety box, a large bathroom, a balcony, and its own included Wi-Fi.

Maid service (see Cleaning and Laundry) is compulsory and is included 2x per week in the room rate.

32-36 sqm • From 32'000-34'000 THB/month

Premium Studios

Partially renovated studio comes complete with a king-size bed, a fully equipped kitchen, a large refrigerator/freezer, a 55" to 65" LED Smart TV, air conditioning, a fan, a water heater, a working desk, a safety box, a large bathroom, a balcony, and private Wi-Fi.

Maid service (see Cleaning and Laundry) is compulsory and is included 1x per week in the room rate.

Standard Studios

Not renovated but well-maintained, nice and clean studio and accommodating a maximum of 2 persons. Features a king-size bed, a fully equipped kitchen, a large refrigerator/freezer, a 43" to 55" flat-screen TV, air conditioning and a fan, a water heater, a working desk, a safety box, a large bathroom, a balcony, and its own included Wi-Fi.

Designed for Long-Term Comfort

All our studios are located at Diana Estate Condominium,Soi Buakhao in Pattaya.There are 6 blocks (buildings) at Diana Estate Condominium.Blocks-A, -B, -C, -D and -E have 4 floors each while Block-T (Tower) has 9 floors and an elevator.The ground floor is called the 1st floor. Diana Estate Condominium has 2 large pools - Pool #1 and Pool #2 There is a 24 hour security at the entrance to Diana Estate Condominium.All our studios are NON-SMOKING rooms - please DON'T smoke inside our studios.Designated smoking areas are near the pools, in the corridors of the buildings, and on the balconies (please close the door) Check-in on arrival is after 14:00 (2 pm).Check-out on departure is before 12:00 (mid-day).
