Here is a summary of the rules, guidelines,
and expectations for staying at our studios

👍 The DOs (What You Should Do)

• On arrival do check-in after 14:00 (2 pm).

• On departure do check-out before 12:00 (mid-day).

• We expect the payment of your room rate (for the first month) in cash upon arrival.

• DO settle your open bill before check-out.

• Our office will confirm your arrival at MEOW'S RENTALS
  form TM.30 with immigration online.

• We DO prefer email over phone calls - please contact us via email.

• Lock your valuables in the safety box.

• For taxi reservation, please contact Khun Meow 3 days before.

• If you need to cancel your booking, it is free of charge.
  Furthermore, we refund "pro rata temporis" for early departures.​

• Contact us for any problems you might have with your studio or for information you need for a successful holiday.

• For your security, keep your studio door always locked
  ​(even when staying inside).

👎 The DON'Ts (What is Strictly Prohibited)

• We DON'T do personal laundry.

• NO cooking in our studios.​

• NO durian fruit allow in our studios.

• NO smoking in our studios, allowed on the balcony only.

• DON'T use drugs inside the room or condominium.

• DON'T remove towels from rooms.

• DON'T use bleach or similar around towels etc.

• DON'T hang clothes on the balcony rail.

• DON'T wash clothes inside our studios.

• DON'T leave shoes in the aisles/corridors - take them inside your studio please.

• DON'T leave car or motorbike engines idling while parked or waiting.

• NO pets allowed - DON'T feed animals in Diana Estate Condominium.

• DON'T pay your taxi driver, if your taxi is booked via Khun Meow.

🏊 Swimming Pool Rules

The condominium complex enforces a few specific rules for its two pools:

• Hours: Pool #1 is open from 08:00 to 20:00; Pool #2 is open from 08:00 to 22:00.

• Conduct: Guests must be as quiet as possible. Children must be accompanied by an adult.

• Prohibited: No reserving sunbeds, no inflatable equipment, and no ball games.
