Here are the guidelines regarding room cleaning
and handling your laundry

🧹 Included Maid Service

To keep the studios clean and fresh, a compulsory maid service is built directly into your room rate:

  • Super Premium Studios: Room cleaning is included 2x per week.

  • Premium & Standard Studios: Room cleaning is included 1x per week.

  • What the Maid Cleans: She will change the bed sheets, pillowcases, and towels, as well as clean the floors, bathroom, and kitchen.

    • Note: The maid will NOT touch or clean the inside of the refrigerator.

  • Timing: Cleaning normally takes about 20-30 minutes.

  • Scheduled: between 10:00 AM and 4:00 PM on prearranged days.
    If you have a specific time preference, you can coordinate with Khun Meow.

  • On-Demand Cleaning: If you need extra cleaning outside of the regular schedule, it can be arranged through Khun Meow for 350 THB per cleaning (all-inclusive).

🧺 Laundry Guidelines

  • Provided Linen: Management takes full responsibility for laundering the room's provided bed sheets, pillowcases, and towels.

  • Personal Laundry: Personal laundry service is not provided by the property. However, there is a laundry shop located right next to the rental office, and multiple coin-operated laundry machines and laundry shops can be found nearby on Soi Buakhao.
