🪙 Electric rates

  • Electricity: 9 THB per kWh

  • Water: 45 THB per 1,000 liters

  • Average Cost: A typical studio average cost of a typical studio apartment is:

    1,000 to 1,500 THB per month during winter.

    1,500 to 3,500 THB per month during summer.

    • Note: Double-unit studios may be higher. Units facing the front of the tower tend to heat up more during hot months due to the sun angle, which can increase AC usage. Guests are welcome to check their own meters.

📉 Guidelines to Reduce Your Bills

To avoid high utility costs, the management recommends the following settings:

  • Air Conditioning Optimization:

    • Set the AC to 26°C and ensure it is on COOL mode (indicated by a Snowflake icon ❄️), not DRY mode.

    • Set the fan speed to AUTO.

    • Always TURN OFF the air conditioning whenever you leave the studio.

    • Keep all doors and windows tightly closed while the AC is running.

    • If the unit isn't cooling properly, notify Khun Meow immediately so they can inspect it or help you adjust the settings.

  • Water Heaters: Be mindful of long hot showers or washing clothes in the room, as water heaters are major electricity consumers.
