How/Where to Check-In with Meow's Rentals

Tell Security that you like to go to MEOW'S RENTALS and they will show you the way. We are on the right side of Block-T (Tower) on the ground floor, next to a laundry shop. Please see us inside MEOW'S RENTALS.

Check-In when office closed

When our office is closed, go to Block-E, ground floor
and report at the Diana Estate Condominium INFORMATION desk for your room key. The INFORMATION desk is open 24/7.

Check-In office time
​​(09:00 am - 05:00 pm)

Check-in on arrival is after 14:00 (2 pm).
Check-out on departure is before 12:00 (mid-day).

Taxi service from Meow

Your driver will be at the BKK - Bangkok Suvarnabhumi Airport Meeting Point near Exit 3. Stay inside the arrival hall to meet your driver.

Taxi Pick-Up

Exit customs and turn right, pass the people that are waiting there and continue on until
you approach EXIT 3. Just to the right there is your MEETING POINT.
In that area you will see the driver with a sign with YOUR NAME on it.
​Do not change floor, stay inside the arrival hall.
Drivers wait for 2 hours after scheduled arrival time.
Guests who are late please call Khun Meow for taxi coordination.

Verify with the driver that he is bringing you to Meow's Rentals at Diana Estate Condominium in Pattaya.

Our drivers are paid by us - please DON'T pay the driver.
Highway fees are included in our prices.
If you are happy with the driver's service, he will appreciate a tip (100..200 THB).


Airport BKK ➔ Pattaya: 1'400 THB, highway fees included
Pattaya ➔ Airport BKK: 1'300 THB, highway fees included
Pattaya ➔ Bangkok City: from 1'600 THB, highway fees included
All day taxi: from 2'700 THB, highway fees included

However, beware of the many hustlers in the arrival hall.

Best approach to Diana Estate Condominium is from the North end of Soi Buakhao (Soi Pattaya Klang 13). You find us about 650 meters down on the left side.
The entrance to Diana Estate Condominium is next to a 7/11.
