Diana Estate Condominium is one of the first major condominiums in Pattaya. Diana Estate Condominium is located in Central Pattaya on Soi Buakhao.
Back then in 1995 when it was built, there was plenty of land available and we all benefit today from the generous and beautiful tropical gardens surrounding our 6 blocks (buildings) and from ample parking for cars and motorbikes.
Diana Estate Condominium was also one of the first condominiums taken over and administered by an Owners' Committee and a Juristic Person Manager. The estate is properly maintained and managed and is becoming more popular every year.

The gym is on the ground floor of block E. You need a user card from Khun Meow to enter.

Pool #1

Pool #1 is open 8 AM to 8 PM.

Pool #2

Pool #2 is open 8 AM to 10 PM.

There is only one entrance and exit, equipped with an electric barrier,
and entry and exit are monitored at all times.
